Cheshire (Disability) PA Support service supports children (aged 15+) with low to moderate SEN, and adults with additional and learning difficulties.

Providing independence out and about in the community, enabling young people to gain new experiences to enhance their lives.

All support is tailored to meet the needs of an individual with community-based sessions, such as the park or walking.
