Cheshire (Disability) PA Support service supports children (aged 12+) with low to moderate SEN, and adults with additional and learning difficulties. 

AVAILABILITY NOW DURING THE WEEK & VERY LIMITED WEEKEND AVAILABILITY! – However, this will go fast! *

Providing independence out and about in the community, enabling young people to gain new experiences to enhance their lives.

All support is tailored to meet the needs of an individual with community-based sessions, such as the park or walking. 

*Currently availability in the Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach and Northwich (and local to them) areas only.
