CPAS Bulletin November 2022

Hello everyone,

Well, it’s been a while since I’ve done an update for you all. It’s been a very busy few months, and we all have a busy time upcoming with Christmas on our doorsteps and New Year coming round fast.

So, lets kick this off with Christmas & New Year

The most wonderful time of the year is also upon us.

That means now is the time to start planning the next holiday sessions and looking at the opening hours / operating days. I will be confirming the operating hours (hopefully) in the first week of December (or there and there abouts).

I will be in touch with all the current clients to discuss session(s) – but if (a current client) you DO NOT want any support over the Christmas &/or New Year period, please do let get in touch by Friday 18th November 2022, as this will help with planning and working out what availability there is to go round everyone.

Autumn / Winter Evening Sessions

So, the dark nights are here (wow!) Unfortunately, it is now time to review how things are going with the darker nights. Due to all the rain, cold evenings and kind of activities provided, the safety of everyone is the most important thing, therefore it is felt it is necessary to cancel all of the remainder evening sessions for November and December. This will be reviewed and hopefully look to start up again in the Spring. Of course, no clients (where requested) will be left without PA support and alterative arrangements have/will be made.

Session Cancellations / Rearrangements

All clients are issued with a cancellation policy upon starting with Cheshire PA Support – as a polite reminder if you need to cancel or re-arrange your session, the relevant notice period is outlined in the policy. Cancellations or rearrangements cannot be accepted via social media. Please could I ask all parents/carers please have a read of this. If you have any questions or request another copy, please get in touch via phone/text or email.

Covid-19 Update

I know now the news has gone very quiet about Covid, but unfortunately it hasn’t gone away just like the flu, and this time of the year it’s on the rise. I have had my covid autumn booster jab and my seasonal flu jab.  I would like to thank all the amazing clients who continue to wear a face covering during car journeys as I fully understand they are no longer mandatory by law, but we are keeping everyone safe by wearing one. During the winter months I will be strongly recommending everyone wears on in the car.
